At Charmed Nola, every piece is designed to be as unique as you are! 💖 Since our jewelry is custom-made through our charm bar experience, all sales are final.

✨ But don’t worry! We’ve got your back:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue store credit.

• Due to hygiene and customization, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on jewelry once it has been created.

• For pop-ups and in-person purchases, please double-check your charms and chain before leaving. We want you to leave obsessed with your new piece!
