⏱ Processing Time

• Since all online orders are custom-made, please allow 3–5 business days for us to create and package your jewelry before it ships out.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. 📦✨

🚚 Shipping Options

• We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS.

• Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Need it faster? Choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout. (Processing times still apply since everything is made just for you!)

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not able to replace or refund orders shipped to the wrong address.

• Charmed Nola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’re marked as delivered, but we’ll do our best to help you track it down!

• Since all jewelry is handmade to order, shipping times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (holidays, special launches, etc.).
