• All jewelry is hand-assembled and customized at our charm bar. Because of this, all sales are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. (See our Refund Policy for details.)

• Please double-check your chain and charms during pop-up purchases, as we are unable to make adjustments once you leave.

• Online orders are handmade and will ship within 3–5 business days after purchase.

• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and location. Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Charmed Nola is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

• All pieces are hypoallergenic, stainless steel, and/or gold plated.

• To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid exposing it to water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
